*Join us on Tuesdays at 9am or 5:30pm to amp up your workout by joining us on the circuit with the GPT music. It's a fast paced cardio and weight workout. OR come in to enjoy a complimentary class or free circuit workout!!

*You are invited to our Club First Annual Christmas Party on Thurs. Dec. 18 starting at 5:30pm with a fun, cardio class!!


*Get ready for your New Year's Resolution to be a more fit, healthier, slimmer YOU by joining in December and paying no dues until February!!


*New Group Personal Training Classes (high energy cardio and resistance classes designed to work all your muscles and burn calories) and Weight Loss Express Classes(8 weeks of support, videos, exercising and includes the Weight Loss Express Book) starting in January.
